Shawn and Andrew begin to dig into Johnny’s perspective about himself and what he has learned through the ups and downs of his life. With the release of their new book "The Courage To Commit" Shawn and Andrew share the inspiration for writing a story about commitment or lack thereof.
To finish out the episode, they each talk about the personal challenges they've overcome and how important it is to lean on others, cut those out who no longer serve you, and truly believe in your ability to create the life that you want to live. This episode is filled with valuable insights from start to finish that compels the listener to evaluate their lives and make the changes to get to where they want to be.
