國際油價14號出現飆升狀況，各家原油都出現，直逼甚至衝破每桶，60美元的高價。而後續細探背後原因之後，竟然發現是烏克蘭軍方，日前出動無人機，轟炸了俄羅斯在黑海的，重點石油出口港，引發市場強烈擔憂。加上伊朗近期也傳出，有武裝部隊扣押了，從阿聯出發的油輪，讓烏俄和中東局勢，成為油價的X因子。
