輝達砸50億美元入股英特爾，雖然有助於英特爾，更接近AI熱潮核心，並且為公司挹注資金，不過華爾街日報分析，英特爾最需要的，實際上還是「結構性的改變」，也就是完全分拆成晶片設計和製造，兩個實體。如此一來，其他晶片設計公司，就能更有效與英特爾合作，而不需要顧及英特爾的製造利益。
