知名短影音平台 TikTok 可說是四面楚歌。歐盟執委會認定該平台違反《數位服務法》，最高可能面臨全球營收 6% 的罰款。而美國眾議院也沒有放過他們，通過「剝離法案」，強制中國母公司「字節跳動」出售 TikTok，否則將被迫退出美國市場。
