南韓半導體業巨頭SK海力士，近日勞資雙方達成協議，平均每位員工可以拿到，新台幣220萬的獎金。這項協議一公開，讓旗下員工樂翻天。不過，三星電子員工心裡卻很不是滋味，旗下5間子公司的工會，也跟進呼籲高層，盡快改善不明確的獎金制度。
