美國ICE特工，突擊喬治亞州的現代汽車工廠，當場拘捕475位工人，其中，超過300多人，似乎都是非法工作的南韓人。這起大事件，讓南韓總統李在明下令馬上處理，提供南韓公民必要的協助。南韓外交部表示，已經成立因應小組，如果有需要的話，將立刻赴美會見美方官員。
