菲律賓前總統杜特蒂被押送至荷蘭海牙，移交國際刑事法院羈押，而他在拘留期間居住的牢房設施也隨之曝光。席凡寧根監獄中，被拘留者享有獨立牢房，房內設有衛浴與電視。被拘留者可使用健身房、圖書館，參加瑜珈課，甚至還能自行下廚。
