馬斯克執掌的政府效率部，宣稱是要幫美國納稅人省錢。結果，這個新單位正式營運後，不但沒有受到國民的熱烈迎接，反而還引起公眾撻伐，挨了好幾個官司。這一個多月以來，已經有十多個州遞上聯合訴狀，質疑馬斯克的作為嚴重違憲。甚至有人覺得川普2.0未來，如果民調大跌，導火線最可能就是政府效率部。
