台灣傳出，關稅獲得美國調降至15%，條件是台積電擴大建廠。美國商務部長盧特尼克，在近日的訪談中就透露，他與台積電談判時，點出台積電沒有履行，應該達成的「多元、公平及包容」DEI條款，成功說服台積電，加碼1000億美元在美投資。不過，這也讓外界批評，反對DEI政策的川普政府，沒有任何標準可言。
