尼泊爾經過恐怖動亂後，終於暫時恢復平靜。由青年組織透過即時通訊平台Discord，發起新任臨時總理人選的討論和投票，累計10多萬人參與，最後選出73歲的卡齊為新任臨時總理。卡齊曾為首位女性首席大法官，以反對腐敗聞名。而新任總理選舉，也已經訂在明年3月舉行。而全球首次透過Discord投票產生臨時總理的尼泊爾，這樣的數位民主實驗，也引發熱烈討論。
