電話詐騙案件猖獗，特別是高齡者常成為主要受害群體，許多長者甚至被詐騙集團騙走了畢生的積蓄。為了防止長者遭受詐騙，大阪府議會，24日通過全日本首例的防詐新規，嚴格限制長者在ATM前的通話行為，並要求業者履行多項防詐義務，希望能有效減少詐騙事件發生。
