美國總統川普宣布至2029年止，將投入5千億美元展開星際之門計畫，大力發展AI。法國隨後跟上，將斥資千億歐元發展AI。南韓則是表示，要打造全球最大電力容量的資料中心。而中國阿里巴巴集團也宣布，將投入大約新台幣1.71兆，用來建設雲端和AI硬體基礎設施。各國陸續宣布的AI重磅計畫，也推動全球大廠的晶片大布局。
