不只是新北市全力爭取輝達的海外總部辦公室，荷蘭也向美國AI晶片大廠輝達招手，荷蘭政府表示已經與輝達達成協議，輝達將會為可能的人工智慧設施，提供硬體和技術知識。荷蘭的目標是建立AI設施，當中AI超級電腦可以為研究和發展做出貢獻。
