美國新的對等關稅措施，令全球各國戰戰兢兢，不過川普卻在實施前一刻，突然宣布暫緩90天，但仍會課徵10%的基準稅率。所有國家當中，唯獨中國沒有被包含在內，反而被課徵更高125%的稅率。對此美國財政部長表示，這一直都是川普的策略。
