南韓出生率，9年來首度呈現成長趨勢。當局育兒補貼政策多樣，除了上調育嬰假薪資，釜山還推出住房政策，只要生兩個孩子，就能終身住在公共租賃住宅。不過，再多的政策，似乎還是過不了，傳統觀念那關。在南韓，多數民眾仍將女性生養孩子，視為理所當然。
