今年中國兩會的焦點議題就在民生，而除了青年就業問題和通縮危機之外，越來越多的高齡人口，為中國社會帶來多種挑戰。中國衛生部門表示，2024年中國的人均壽命已經達到79歲。儘管這代表銀髮商機非常蓬勃，經濟規模已經高達了7兆人民幣（約新台幣31.8兆元）但是老年照護人力不足，和銀髮相關產業缺工的問題也越來越急迫。
