隨著南韓民眾，對中國的不滿情緒持續高漲，近日出現許多反中示威遊行。而現在，南韓執政黨，共同民主黨就提出，要修訂刑法中的部分法案。如果國民侮辱，特定國家，國民或是種族的話，最高需要判處5年徒刑。這話一出，不僅遭到在野黨批評，也引發社會譁然。
