川普政府驅逐無證移民政策，正在大力實施當中，然而才剛開始進行就已經傳出，手段不人道的消息。美國在5日首次透過軍機，遣返印度籍移民，就被爆料被遣返的104人，全程被銬手銬腳鐐，引發印度公憤。同時美國也在近日，開始將重罪犯無證客，關進惡名昭彰的關達那摩灣監獄。
