7月1號是香港回歸中國28周年的日子。中聯辦舉辦慶祝儀式，而外界重點探討的，則是香港經濟。
中國政府以交通基礎建設，支撐香港，同時，香港是中國企業IPO的第一選擇。也可以說，是提振中國資本市場的重要角色。不過，香港未來經濟發展，還是有待觀察。因為，根據香港政府今年初公布的財政預算案，財政儲備額，在5年內是大幅減少。
