美國白宮於15日公布的「事實清單」指出，中國可能面臨高達245%的關稅，消息一出震驚各界。不過白宮隨後澄清，這個數字是多項既有關稅措施疊加的結果，並非川普政府最新宣布的新政策。所謂的245%，其實包括：125%的對等關稅、20%的芬太尼關稅，以及美方對部分中國商品原本最高達100%的關稅，三者相加而得。
