還記得杜拜巧克力嗎?大概2月底3月初，在南韓大大的流行過一陣子，不過才一個多月就已經退燒了，現在當紅的甜點成了奶油年糕，社群媒體上全是相關打卡照片。當今南韓的流行美食周期似乎是越來越短，只要經過短短幾周馬上又換成下一種美食。分析指出，這種打卡式的消費型態，容易造成原物料短期內的快速波動，業者要跟風大舉投入的話，往往要承擔流行退燒的風險。
