美國總統川普，第二任期一上任，就簽署行政命令，廢除「自動出生公民權」。美國最高法院1日進行辯論，川普罕見親自出席旁聽，不過保守和自由派大法官，對川普政府的說法，都抱持懷疑態度，該案預計6月底前做出裁決，保守派大法官暗示，川普可能再次面臨敗訴。
