美國總統川普，27號震撼發文宣布，美國對南韓的關稅，從15%調漲到25%，讓南韓方面，急得跳腳。總統府青瓦台，連忙調派代表，趕往美國談判，但南韓輿論，對川普的報復性做法，反而採取保守觀望的態度。而預計受到重大影響的，南韓汽車業，也在股市表現上，面臨不小震盪。也讓人擔憂，對南韓GDP的衝擊。
