台美達成關稅協議，獲得232條款，最優惠待遇，這使得三星，與SK海力士等南韓大廠憂心忡忡，因為商務部長盧特尼克，近日又放話表示，沒有在美國投資的晶片製造商，都有可能受到100%的關稅衝擊。對此，南韓政府表示，將繼續和美方協商，確保南韓晶片關稅，不會比台灣更差。
