針對南韓前總統尹錫悅的戒嚴案，檢方13日指控尹錫悅，帶頭發動內亂，嚴重破壞憲法秩序，行為非常惡劣，因此正式向法院求處死刑。不過尹錫悅被發現，在檢方提出死刑要求的當下，竟然發出輕笑，似乎對自己的行為，毫無歉意。
