美國近年來市場通貨膨脹嚴重，在總統川普大打關稅戰之後，物價更加上揚。光是民生消費就比去年上漲了約3%。不少民眾表示光是採買日常用品、平日的飲食就入不敷出，甚至有的美國民眾必須使用先買後付的形式來購買日常用品，而美牛的價格也持續攀升，進口牛肉的市場也在美國有逐漸上升的趨勢。
