日本首相高市早苗，日前在國會脫口，若「台灣有事」，日本將面臨「存立危機」，引發中國不滿。18日在聯合國安理會，中方代表，傅聰，怒批日方挑釁，並強調日本，沒有進入安理會常任理事國的資格。同時，根據中國方面的意向，針對恢復日本牛肉，對中國出口的政府間磋商，已經中止。
