氣候變化高峰會COP30，在巴西舉行的同時，僅僅由能源部長出席會議的印度，也正在面臨嚴重的空汙難題。印度首都新德里，近一周之內的空汙指數，已經達到危害等級的400以上，連最高法院，都要求律師不要出門，改為線上出庭。而這一切的根源，來自於外圍城邦的農民，非法焚燒農作物的殘梗。
