27日聯合國安理會決議，將恢復對伊朗的制裁程序。而制裁消息一出，立刻引發了伊朗民眾的恐慌，貨幣里亞爾的匯率暴跌，物價也大漲。一公斤肉就要價超過台幣7000元。民眾苦不堪言，抱怨連連。而雖然美國曾向伊朗提出，交出核能的材料濃縮鈾，以換取制裁延緩三個月，但這種不合理要求，自然是被伊朗當局，嚴正拒絕。
