為了因應美國關稅政策，中國前陣子才宣布，要管制七項「稀土」元素對美國的出口，「三大關鍵金屬」，分別是鎵、鍺、銻的出口，也被陸續列入管制。這三大金屬為戰略武器的重要元素，中國此舉也將讓歐美市場，陷入一場近乎「絕望」的供應危機。
