南韓最近似乎出現罷工潮。包括汽車業，金融業到航空業，都紛紛宣布罷工。其中，汽車業和金融業有一個共同訴求是，每周工作4.5天。而事實上，今年6月，京畿道已經率先開始進行試點計畫。不過，這個制度對於員工和公司的成效，以及，能不能在全國實施，仍有待觀察。
