為出生率所苦的南韓，似乎迎來轉機。當地2024年出生人口，成長了3.6%，時隔9年出現反彈。而政府接下來，還要推行新政，讓育兒父母，能夠工作育兒一把抓。從2026年開始，在不減薪的情況下，育有嬰幼兒和小學生父母，可以10點再上班。事實上，南韓政府近年來煞費苦心， 除了提供育兒補助，也大幅延長育兒全薪假。
