烏克蘭官方表示，俄軍在7日凌晨，發動了自戰爭以來，最大規模的無人機攻擊，至少有4人死亡44人受傷。位在基輔的中央政府辦公大樓，更自戰爭以來，首次遭到俄軍攻擊，烏克蘭總理思維里登科，在被攻擊的現場錄製影片，呼籲西方切勿輕信俄國有意求和。而從南部的札波熱羅地區，到北部的蘇米地區，各類民間設施，都難逃砲火蹂躪。
