川普就任7個月以來，加大力度打擊無證移民，影響所及，美國勞動力人口迅速消失120萬人。而農林漁牧業勞動力當中，移民所佔的比例更超過40％，衝擊之下，農民和牧場主紛紛抱怨勞動力短缺，從哈密瓜棉花玉米，各種作物都欠缺收穫的人手。而最慘的恐怕是美國大豆，除了勞動力不足，還要面對，往年最大買家中國，不願意再下單美國大豆的窘境。
