南韓政府在今年六月底，推出號稱「史上最嚴格」的限貸令，希望讓打房措施更加有效。如今快2個月過去了，首都首爾的高價公寓成交量確實有下降，反倒是低價公寓的買氣增加不少。不過也有專家提到，南韓現在的房價漲幅還是居高不下，加上其他不穩定因素影響，因此市場氣氛還有待觀察。
