美國商務部長盧特尼克於7日接受福斯新聞專訪時證實，總統川普在宣布對半導體課徵100%關稅前，曾會見多位科技大老，包括輝達執行長黃仁勳與蘋果執行長庫克。盧特尼克並補充，若半導體公司符合特定條件，可獲關稅豁免；因此，晶片廠商已陸續提出因應對策。
