近期美元疲軟，歐洲設備價格持續高漲，嚴重衝擊全球科技供應鏈的運作。不過，美國與歐盟最新簽署的貿易協議，將半導體設備等，戰略性產品納入「零關稅」豁免範圍，包括艾司摩爾這類關鍵設備，也不在課稅名單內。對台積電、英特爾、三星等晶片巨頭來說，製造成本因此得以穩定，無疑是一項好消息。
