中國華北地區連日暴雨，河北承德發生土石流，已造成至少 4 人死亡、 8 人失蹤。重災區之一的北京市密雲區也因豪雨引發山洪，多個村鎮道路中斷，水電與通訊嚴重受損。過去四天，密雲降雨量達 421 毫米，相當於往年整個 7 月平均雨量的 2.5 倍。
