面對美國總統川普，揮舞的關稅大棒，歐盟內部，對於到底該如何應對，意見不一。目前歐盟，一方面希望與美國談判，達成協議，但另一方面，又不得不「亮劍」進行反制。據彭博社報導，歐盟已列出，第二份對美國關稅的反制清單，考慮對包括波音飛機、美國汽車和波本威士忌在內，價值720億歐元的美國商品，徵收關稅。
