全球最近和天氣有關的天災不斷，而在東北亞，剛剛送走一波熱浪的南韓，16日開始，又要面臨新一波強降雨。降雨範圍，包括首爾首都圈，忠清道和江原道。為了嚴防，短時間內降下豪雨引發的洪災，氣象單位呼籲民眾，要做好防災準備，低窪的地方最好不要去。目前預測這波大雨要下到19號，之後又將有熱浪來襲。
