烏克蘭26日，宣布與俄羅斯再度交換戰俘，釋放25歲以下的士兵，以及重傷、重病軍人，這是依據先前在土耳其伊斯坦堡，達成的談判協議，所進行的換俘行動。另一方面，烏克蘭總統，澤倫斯基，近日參加北約峰會，以及造訪歐洲理事會，簽訂協議要成立特別法庭，將審判涉入俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭的，相關高層官員。
