台積電2奈米良率傳出突破90%，下半年可望如期量產，穩居晶片龍頭。反觀英特爾18A製程僅達50%良率，技術推進受阻。全球都在打晶片戰，在此中布局的還有華為。華為創辦人任正非近日受訪，坦言中國的晶片技術，仍然落後美國整整『一代』，華為努力在彌補其中的差距。而任正非受訪的時機與內容，被解讀為是在美中貿易談判進行之際，為北京向外界釋放訊號。
