南韓總統李在明才剛上任，就帶旺股市，韓股KOSPI指數連續兩天上漲。但5日的一場官司審判結果，讓他和財團的關係受到關注。李在明擔任京畿道知事時，涉嫌教唆財團向北韓轉移資金和收賄。他在去年6月被檢方起訴，不過案件到現在沒有太大進展 。和李在明一同涉嫌犯罪的副知事，5日確定被判處7年8個月有期徒刑。這結果恐怕影響外界對李在明改革財團的形象。
