川普總統沒有一日消停，他23日再度拋出關稅威脅，警告如果蘋果公司，未來不在美國生產iPhone手機，將面臨至少25%關稅，隨後也要求，三星和其他廠商，到美國設廠，否則一起課稅。不只企業，川普也揚言，對歐盟進口至美國的商品，課徵50%關稅，從6月1日起實施。
