美股持續收紅，16日美股收盤，標普5百指數更是連5紅，這是由於美中貿易戰情勢緩和，才會推動股市持續上漲。但是國際信評機構穆迪卻宣布，調降美國信評，從AAA下調至AA1，原因是美國政府債務不斷攀升，以及利息負擔加重。穆迪這麼一調，代表美國已經被三大信評機構，標普、惠譽和穆迪，全部降級。
