美國總統川普執政滿百日，他最新受訪表示，自己在第二任期正獲得很多樂趣。不過其他人，恐怕不這麼認為，因為川普威脅對全球祭出關稅令，已經造成經濟衰退風險升高。加上他與國內的公務員、媒體，甚至與國外的盟友槓上，引起眾多不滿，英國經濟學人雜誌就警告，這些舉動已經對美國造成永久傷害。
