美國與菲律賓，一年一度舉行的『肩並肩聯合軍演』，正在進行當中。而在這次的演習中，美軍首次在距離台灣不到200公里的巴丹島上，部署了反艦飛彈車，引起中方的不滿。另一方面，中國海警也在26日刻意在被控『填海造島』的鐵線礁上，拍下手持中國五星旗的照片向菲律賓示威。
