雖然美國對中國實施晶片禁令，但美媒最近報導指出，中國華為的兩款AI處理器，昇騰910C與910B，其實採用的是台積電7奈米晶片。為了遏制中國AI發展，美國不只限制輝達H20銷往中國，還打算對其他廠牌處理器加以管制，全面圍堵中國。
