在美國總統川普9日宣布暫緩對75國，實施對等關稅後，美股當天大幅飆升，而就在宣布暫緩關稅前幾個小時，川普才在社群媒體上，要美國民眾冷靜，還說「現在是絕佳的買進時機」，引發外界質疑，當中存在內線交易。美國多位民主黨參議員，也呼籲國會應對此展開調查。
