巴拿馬總統穆里諾，近日受訪時向記者表明，關於巴拿馬退出一帶一路的問題，不會和中國進行任何的談判。另外，李嘉誠名下長和集團的子公司，最近被巴拿馬審計處指控沒有遵守合約，還積欠巴拿馬政府12億美元。是否能將經營港口的特許權，順利賣給貝萊德集團，恐怕還有變數。
